Spontaneous morning run starting at the hotel pig in the wall in western esplanade Southampton. Not very straight. Up to the peak of the Itchen toll bridge with a nice view over the harbour.
After the first few hundred meters you have plenty of spaces for running. Good atmosphere and nice place to be on a sunny day ;)

Bridleway from Kenilworth until (almost) Hatton locks through pretty countryside. Some parts get pretty muddy in fall/winter, but great for walking/running/cycling during spring/summer.
