Yarısı orman yolu yarısı asfalttsn oluşan bir parkur. Parkur aslında Yenilimanda bitiyor ama 30 k üzeri koşmak istediğim için uzattım. Dikkat edilmesi gereken şey parkurun dik ve uzun yokuşları

Orman yolundan başlayıp 11 km sonra asfalttan dönen bir rota. 11. Km den sonra aynı yoldan geri de dönebilirsiniz.
Kaynaklardan başlayan yürüyüş gelin dağı, nif dağı rota, patika aramadan direk yükseldik. Dönüşte son anda gürlek şelalesine dönme kararı aldık
