Sallins- start at the red tarmac ramp from the new pedestrian bridge onto the greenway. Flat course all the way. Tarmac track and then tiny gravel. At the 5km mark turn around and come back the same way.

Would be good for a walk. Mostly on trails. Can be mucky / wet after rain. Nice panoramic views and can see out to Glendolough.
