This hike goes around Smith Rock, climbing a little bit and then going around the famous monkey face rock formation. It then becomes a pleasant walk next to the Crooked River. Very nice.

20 minutes outside of Bend, OR, this is a climbers' paradise, we only went for a hike, it was dry and hot. You can see two climbers on one of the pictures.
