Great and relatively short half-day mountain hike. Amazing vistas and seasons diversity - a lot of alpine flowers and still thick snow pack on the higher elevations. Start slow to avoid altitude sickness.
Start from highway 108 and park in the St. Mary's trailhead parking lot (restrooms). Head East though the meadows and then North to the peak. Class 1 hike with a short section of a scramble.
