Gate to Gate from Pontardaff car park to PYF and back. Time to Windy Gap 31min. To PYF 41min. Back to car 1hr 17min. Small day pack. Very windy.
Great route. First one back in a while and probably the hardest route you can do round the horseshoe. Some steep up and down and semi tight ridges, but great views at sunrise and a manageable distance.
