    A nice run but made tougher due to strong winds today. 6km along the road from Tarfside, a relentless 7km up up up to Mt Battock and then 9km along the top and down.

    Straight up the Hill of Cat, bit of difficulty crossing the Burn but otherwise straight forward. Across to Tampie and then straight back down again. Now running, awful weather.

    Bloody phone run out again in the cold. Felt cold and stiff but this is still a lovely run. Went up the Rowan on the way out and on the way back (where the phone died).
