My generous feeding boyfriend has been in the country for nearly 4 weeks… it’s fair to say it’s filled my heart AND my belly. Back to running now, ready in time for sunnier evenings :)
The same route I walked with my doggo 4 hours earlier… felt stronger this time round. Some rough terrain and fairly steep inclines, but all in all- enjoyable :)

Steady spiral around the neighbourhood just under 4K. I aim to adapt this route a little, just to get it over the 4K mark. I felt agile and strong on this one! Apple for a late night snack :)
Feeling strong on this one! Doing a route in reverse helps to distract your brain in thinking “how long is left?”… a welcoming bunch of beautiful flowers to come home to, from my Valentine’s <3
