Cannop , Freeminers Red graded trail including the extra add on loop. Running smoothly, dry and rapid, apart from the many tree roots, some of which were very slip after recent Rain.

Verderes Trail- nice ,smooth and flowing nicely. Freeminers- some sections very muddy, boggy. Other sections running nicely. Quite rooty sections too.
Freeminers - first half then Blue trail, followed by a couple of Downhill trails, then a great mix of local tracks.

Freeminers Red graded trail Verderers Blue graded trail. Both trails were fast and flowing as they were both tinder dry.
A mix of the shedful of trails. Some technical, but all rideable. Finished off on the Blue graded Mariners trail.
Cycle path to Coleford, then crossed on tracks to Cannop cycle centre, where i did the Verderers, followed by sections of the Red graded Freeminers, including some new addition to it.
Easy poodle on the Family Trail with San, before i got into the real stuff .Hot, dusty and fast flowing trails.
Listen to bird’s song, found lots of Beatles & had to avoid wild boar protecting their young
