Lovely lane but attempted after a week of -4°c temps so was sheet ice - made it extremely difficult and dangerous and full route through lakes cut short after this lane
Added an extra stage and will have to do Shap to Orton at a latter stage. Much more easier now out of the Lakes and going towards the Yorkshire Dales.
