From the visitor center, follow the signs of the North Face Trail. Great trail with some sections where to probe your skills
Grizedale Forest. Easy route and nice surroundings. Plenty of oarking and easy payment - 2.20 for the first hour and 50 p every 20 minutes.
Rocky descent. Moderate to difficult. Only one major obstacle about half way down, but there's an escape route to avoid it. Great fun.
Good spot to camp 5 or so rigs in the middle, large rock bits, amazing forrest scenery.
