There is nice route generally BUT in south part of island there is gravel with rocky tartan and is hard enough for road bike. May tires will be little damage.
Gyeryongsan trail head options a) starting at POW/Temple trail head, b) loop back to Heritage Apts - top of parking lot. 1.5 KM to peak where the two trailheads merge.
