Excellent trail through the forest. Sendero Panama is easy, the Podocarpus loop is moderate. You can combine with sendero Cruz (i skipped that this time) but that makes the hike a bit more challenging.

Nice hike in Panama's interior up to the viewpoint of Cerro La Gaita. The whole tour took us about 5 hours and had some interesting parts uphill and downhill as well as some rewarding views from the top.
