    The trip starts at a parking lot about 1.8 km from the dock at Lake Svartisvatnet. You can reach it by taking the 7368 road. Unfortunately, since 2021 there is no boat crossing the lake, so you have to go around the lake...

    Intento pero imposible con la abundancia de lluvia caída en días anteriores y en el momento de hacer la excursión, con unas buenas botas de agua sería posible, sin barco es la única opción para ver el glaciar.

    Voliem arribar al glaciar, però la carretera d'accés estava tallada per neu, vam arribar al llac a peu amb grampons. Des d'allà són 10km anar i 10km tornar, però ens hagués suposat tot el dia caminant amb neu sense trepi...
