Good paved road without trucks, cars or motorbikes. 100 km following the river, pure pleasure!!! Udomxai isn't beautifull but you can have plenty of facilities including ATM and internet access.
This track is unfinished because we run out of battery, bur it was 30 km of easy dirty road. Muang Khua has some basic Guest Houses.
