Coast side is not big deal. A 74 km. route begins at Imabari, crossing bridges and small islands. We rode to Oshima Island to find somewhere to camp. Shouldn't be difficult to find a spot.

This is mainly a mountain road run but there is some trail running from the remains of the copper mine back to the main road. I guess you need to fit or stupid to do this run, most catch the bus from Minetopia.
