Up and all the way around. Km 4.83 I continued straight but it's better to turn left ⬅️ at that point and get back to the proper track. From there the vegetation is quite high and plenty of bushes with spines.
We decided to take the long way around and this hike was wonderful. A good pair of trainers would be sufficient as there are very little rocky parts. These are quite easily done.
