    McLehose Trail 1 & 2 Trail 1 is easy but annoying, need to avoid cow dungs & taxis Trail 2 is mountainous, killer is the part up hill after Long Ke beach, steep & like never ending

    北潭涌郊野公園遊客中心起步、萬宜路 、 擺頭墩 、 西霸 、 天文公園 、上窯郊遊徑 、 曝罟灣營地、萬宜路畢。 沿大網仔路，接萬宜路，即麥理浩徑第一段的起點行至萬宜坳(萬宜路與西灣路的交界前)，右面沿斜坡維護石級上走往擺頭墩(萬宜路左面斜坡維護石級上走往大枕蓋)，此段山路非常濕滑，很吃力才抵擺頭墩，擺頭墩共有2個山頂，由首個山頂下降約50米再上升50米抵有標高柱擺頭墩。在此可觀賞萬宜水庫、曝罟灣荒廢堤岸、滘西洲等美境，沿前方山徑...

    北潭涌、北潭、榕北走廊、榕樹澳、引水道、水浪窩 經過多日天雨及雷暴後，今早終於不下雨了。北潭涌停車場起步，經過燒烤場，上走北潭涌家樂徑，雖然是家樂徑，由於多日雨水，石塊路徑非常濕滑，故需步步為營，途中亦看見小紅蟹、虎皮蛙、無數蜘蛛、飛蟻和蚊。 沿家樂徑前走，亦需常常以竹子向前上下撥開蜘蛛網，不然全身佈滿蜘蛛絲及飛蟻。抵榕北走廊向左前往北潭方向，不久經過基督教得生團契訓練村，兩旁訓練犬們夾道歡迎我們，叫吠聲不絕，過了訓練村，前...
