    黃石碼頭起步，經黃石家樂徑過土瓜坪，沿海傍出東心淇碼頭，上東心淇山（165米），落麥徑，經北潭凹，接北潭郊遊徑，落鰂魚湖畢。 黃石碼頭至東心淇碼頭，是一段沿海傍的U型水泥山徑，基本上是平路，平日應該是輕鬆易走，但由於天雨，水泥山徑非常濕滑，致滿腳泥濘。之後沿密林中的小徑，上、落東心淇山，視野都被遮擋，都不算吃力，但路徑草木稍茂密，宜穿著長袖衣物，身後的女士因穿著短褲，常大叫被草木割損。 出麥徑後，左轉往北潭凹，續走北潭郊遊徑...

    今日再與車友前往大嶼山芝麻灣龍尾玩越野，這是第二次前往，不過這次共有17名車友參加，好不熱鬧！ 龍尾越野單車徑沒有太大上落，但難度卻比大欖環塘徑高，是一條進階路線。 今次亦如以往一樣，由東涌鐵路站出發，經白芒→望渡坳→梅窩→拾塱→芝麻灣懲教署→下徑→龍尾→貝澳→東涌道→伯公坳返回東涌鐵路站。

    今天到灣仔運動場取10公里比賽包,順便環繞香港島一周,先從天星碼頭到灣仔,再到筲箕灣上柴灣道,大潭道到赤柱,再到淺水灣,深水灣,香港仔,從石排灣道到數碼港,由沙宣道(好斜)上簿扶林道,落上環海味街,行經電車道到中環,金鐘,灣仔搭船返回尖沙嘴,再返美孚,今日大部份行馬路,但香港島南邊D路實在太窄,經常被大巴迫住,而且又多斜路,用BROMPTON上斜都幾辛苦,但最終完成環島了
