Circuit walk through the forest, good views. Ignore the bit to Capestang the phone stayed connected on the drive home and the site will not allow me to edit the route.
Nice bikeride to Port du Somail where you can enjoy a nice lunch as there are several restaurants. The route takes you for at least half off road, but it's never really difficult as long as your bike is up to it.
