从排云楼宾馆下到三溪口再升到白云宾馆耗时近5小时，体力消耗大，务必先填饱肚子。

背包徒步，上山约5小时，下山约4小时。营地是一块树林整理出来的，至少能搭50~60顶帐篷，旺季人很多，来的晚可能会没有地方搭帐篷！营地边上有小溪流，可用。一般需30M绳子。
