From the park entrance, down to the creek then up and along to hidden springs. Back to the camp ground for lunch. Over to Goldstream Falls and back along the creek.

Highly recommended. Great views and a good workout. About 900 metres vertical. Two hills: Macdonald, Braden, plus viewpoints in between.
