Gravel road start to rocky river bed. Pretty easy driving for any skill with some softer river crossing and beautiful views.

Trans Alta Very easy for any 4x4. Excellent scenery and awesome camping if you don’t mind gun shots going off regularly lol. It’s not really that bad. One of my favorite spots so far. Explored this trail in July so I did...
Margaret lake loop, fun trail, first section is easier then the second section(past the turn off for the lake) if you struggle on the 1st section then go back out that way, don't try section two, that being said it'd fai...
Nice trail, fist 8kms or so is gravel road with lots of little trails around to explore, once you hit the bottom creek follow the trail to the waterfall. Use 4x4 when crossing the water, it can be slick on the rocks, sto...

We did this run 3/09/2019! An awesome trail that leads you to some great ice climbing, with spectacular views and fun natural obstacles. Open from Dec. 1 - Mar. 31, this is an excellent route to travel if you're looking ...
First half is easy, accessible by almost any vehicle. Second half is tree line with steep inclines, large ruts, and lots of mud. Fun just after a big rain.
A day of rippin trails from Waiparous staging area #2 (by the bible camp turn off / just past the pretty bridge below) Lots of fun! Paths that lead you down along the river. Paths that lead you over cool bridges & paths...
This is a relatively easy trail IF you have some type of a lift. I talked to a guy who said he did it in a stock truck, but the whole trail is filled with tons of incredibly deep ruts. The guy said that when it rains, it...
First part is better with less people but some big dips to get through but the lake is beautiful and you can camp by it if your tenting. Lots of good camping in the long part of the way back
Rated as Difficult due to hair rasing out of control icy decents resulting in mandatory winching to get out lol. (After the lake and 2nd metal bridge, everything before would be considered Easy) - Attempted Margaret loo...
Trail section 129 was quite difficult and very icy at this time of year. Ready of the trail was awesome! Done in a stock 04 ram 1500 and 97 Chevy 1500! (I forgot to to turn the gps off once we got on the main road actual...
Basically you are driving up a large washout. There are a few times you will need to cross through the river. Basically go until you are bored and turn around. It is more of a sight-seeing trip than and offroading trip. ...
First part of lost knife trail, take s right at cow pasture to follow jeep trail (straight through is signed dirt bike and ATV) trail is blocked, take left to follow cut line up and over. Muddy rooted and step this secti...
Starts with a easy gravel road drive. The road can get pretty bumpy, and there’s a few steep hills. Once you get down into The Valley it’s free range where you want to go. Definitely worth it
Started out with the switchbacks then off to Margaret lake loop, fairly straight forward trail however icey hills can be an issue come winter time, recommend tire chains for winter time.
Steep rocky center with some fantastic views sandwiched between some lazy quad trail and flowy woodsy single track.
Easy to moderate relaxed route up to Black Rock Mountain from the South Ghost staging area Waiparus Alberta
With a foot of fresh snow earlier in the week, mixed with warm weather we were unable to climb a couple hills to make it to the lake. We tried both ways. There was thick ice on most hills beneath the snow.
Steep inclines and declines, hairpin turns and loose rock. The first part was easy, but after that between moderate and difficult at some of the switchbacks.
First trail of the day! Nice trail through the trees built for ATV with wider pathways. Little rocky in some spots for my liking but I would definitely do it again!
Drive down the transalta trail to ghost river and then continued down the river to the Ghost River Falls aka GBU
Winter , used winch on 3 hills , detoured to a look out that could be difficult for less capable rigs
Gnarly first bit after the single track. Bike kept bogging during a hill climb so I did some biking and got back... adjusted the air screw and up and over. The rest of it was a blast. Mostly quad and truck paths.
Off Waiparous Valley Rd, trail follows along Waiparous Creek 123, 127, beautiful. Generally easy with a moderate stretch.
