Haphazard hike to pipeline linking Gold Creek and Enoggera Reservoir. Built in 1928, the pipeline added inflows to Enoggera Dam which was the Brisbane settlement’s first water supply.
4.5lm loop up south boundary road, down hammer track back for hill repeats and back to the house. 1hr 12mins
Starts/end from the Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre (60 Mount Nebo Rd, Enoggera Reservoir QLD 4520). Easy to navigate as it is identifiable tracks all the way.
