There are many tracks in this area that use parts of fire trails, work roads for the sewerage system, and bush trails to form the complete track. Don't be put off by this - many of the walks are interesting and enjoyable...

Did this walk on a rainy day. It was mostly muddy fire trails. The cascades were running strongly and I was unable to cross. Could be nice on a sunny day or combined with a walk down to the Lane Cove Park.
