Quite easy, amazing views. Some harsh descents. Beautiful rivers and places to picnic. The only think that makes it moderate is a very steep incline and one steep descent.
This trail is about the views! Feel on top of the world. Tracks are relatively easy yet fun and beautiful, especially in Spring.

Off road starting north of vieira do minho track Opel. Later after windmills very difficult descend in river bed to offroad track.
Semiradical with 4x4 skills needed. River crossings and steep uphill tracks. Some parts not for the faint hearted. You might see some deer, just as we did.
