Two long climbs and two decent descents, with some lovely views thrown in. Mostly trail with a couple of road stretches.
easy 25km loop, road on west side and track/road on east - did this on a Friday seems to be the oap ride of the day. There are a few small climbs and puddles if you really peg it it would be a great little workout
A fun relatively straightforward mountain bike trail starting and finishing in Ladybower. Nothing too technical but some fairly fast descents with moderately sized rocks.
