    Starting from The Haven, going North along the Nile for 30K on nice single tracks, crossing on a canoe and returning Southwards on larger tracks. Quite flat and easy.

    A 1,000m ascent from Mbale to the top of Wanale Ridge, up to a water fall overlooking the town at KM16. Beautiful. Nice to do early in the morning as the whole cliff is then in the shade. The descent is really enjoyable.

    Starting from The Haven, going Southwards on narrow tracks, followed by sugar plantation, a shaded portion through Mabira Forest and back. Very nice and easy.
