Great Ride good for training on a weekly base a few nice single tracks. Time about 2 hours including 15 Min of short stops approx 500 ascent 500 descent. Average speed moving 11 Km.

Starting from the 1st bus stop of Ypapantis Street you head to Karamanli and from there continue at the shore until Ippokampos Cafe. You can return either from the main street or back from the beach side.
