Easy going if you paddle with the tide over majority of the route. Last stage a bit of a slog against the natural flow of the river, but worth it. Watch out for irate fishermen though!

Start at the dam and right down bala falls. Requires car shuttle. Lots of g1/2. G4 bala falls amd grade 3/4 at the tywerryn whute water centre
