There are some flat parts of the trail and then there are some steep parts. Overall, its a nice hike and I'd recommend. We had wanted to do the loop for a while, now we've done it.

Montée sur la Air Line et descente par la Way line. Appli mis en pause sans être redémarrée, donc facilement considérer 15 km de parcours. Vents violents au sommet de Adams.
