    Nice walk. First walk in 5 years. A little tough for the first one. Still managed 4:45 which isnt too bad I guess.

    Parked Teggs Nose Country Park. Walked through Macc Forest to Shutlingsloe. Return through forest, past chapel and back through Walker Barn. Great views throughout, and varied terrain.
