Ok going up. Easy to find the trail. Hard to go down without slipping in the dust. Took us 2,5 hours from leaving the hotel, to returning. Remember lots of water and good shoes

Was curious about the shortcut down from Big Buddha to the road to the Elephant camp. Added 2 rubber plantation side tracks to get around ;-)
Since the quads getting more and more, I thought about to try to find a way through rubber plantations. ;-)
The rubber plantation at the end of the jungle trail is/was just cleared, so I tried to find/follow the path (viewable on google earth, 2008-13) through it.
Steep, do this in the cool of the early morning. Do not dining reverse, it's even steeper that way!
