    Taxi from Furnas to starting point, start PR 16 SMI to Ribeira Quente, and trail PR 12 SMI to Povoacao. Approx. 13km 26-JUL-10

    A beautiful trail easy to follow and mostly downhill. Unfortunately the weather wasn't good. This spoiled the view.
