Ganga frá Lambavatni á Rauðasandi til Keflavíkur. Leiðin liggur um Kerlingarháls. Þetta var fyrri dagleiðin, en seinni leiðin liggur eftir Látrabjargi og að tjaldstæðinu við Brunna.

Mögnuð ganga þar sem gengið var frá Rauðasandi að Sjöundá, eftir einstigi í Skorahlíðum og yfir stórgrýti í fjörunni í Stálvík að surtarbrandsnámunum í Stálfjalli.
Löbbuðum frá Lambavatni að Naustabrekku. Eftir það liggur stikuð leið upp hlíðina, og nokkuð skýr gata. Fórum upp á hálsinn við Systrabrekkur þar sem við sáum ofan í Keflavík, og snérum svo við sömu leið.
