    乘港鐵往屯門站下車，經杯渡路從IVE與公園間小徑接青雲路，於興才街右轉青山寺徑，沿石屎斜坡，過青松顴後便踏上天梯，今日天氣熱及灰濛濛，上升不久便全身汗濕，雙腳舉步維艱，由於要帶埋口罩，氣喘如牛。 原計劃經青山、青大石澗落大水坑，但因今早狀態不佳，故慢慢往上走至山頂韓陵片石亭，小休後沿路折返回青雲路畢。
