    从温泉到上雨崩村有9公里左右路程，中途需要翻越一座海拔3800米的南宗垭口。正常徒步约需6-7小时。 （This road about 9 km, midway need to climb a altitude 3,800 m mountain. Normal hiking need about 6-7 hours. ）

    We went on secondary paths as much as we could to avoid the cars. Some stretches were more demanding than if we had kept to the main road, but also quieter and just as beautiful.

    下雨至神湖来回徒步约8-10小时左右 ，全程爬坡，徒步难度不大，但很消耗体力。中途半山腰上可看到卡瓦格博，这也是徒步雨崩路线中唯一可以看到梅里主峰的路线。快到牧场时候满山的小黄花非常漂亮，倒是神湖并没有想象中那么好看。总的来说这条徒步路线，应该算是雨崩徒步线路中最精彩的路段非常值得一去。注：（前往神湖路线是条小路，就是过了下雨崩村的神瀑客栈后的一条桥的右侧，看到路上面有个牌子《禁止通行》，就顺着那条路一直向上爬就对了。呵呵。千万别走左边...
