Some of this route is on the south west coast path, so you'd need to push your bike. And a kissing gate you'd need to lift your bike over

A bit muddy, mucky but a lot of fun. you'd need at least 43mm for this Unrepairable tubeless puncture meant I had to walk with bike back to town.
Extremely enjoyable and easy trail. Following for most of the way the disused train line. Then some varied terrain. Mostly flat. Managed to get 4 punctures with two bikes. Quite unusual
Bimble around the Cerne Valley and Dorset chalk downlands from Poundbury to Charminster and Dorchester. Magnificent views across the Dorset Chalk hills and along the river Cerne. Could be tricky in the winter

Lumpy and off-road much of the way across water meadows, river trails, byways, rutted bridleways. Slippery, muddy and in a few places necessary to walk
Some great trails. Lovely autumn colours, through the woodland trails across the heathlands out towards Bovington and road return via Moreton.
Route from Whitefield via Radcliffe Canal up to Affetside, then follow the valley down past Jumbles reservoir.
A nice cycle that goes through Boltby forest. *Cannot be completed on a road bike.* I did it on a cyclocross bike with gravel tires.
Hard up hill to start, but then beautiful ride over hill and down to loch Etive with great views. A lovely loop with stop for a swim on a very hot day!
Frome Valley then some good hills down into Lulworth. Then some walking to the fossil Forest. Some challenging cycling around the Cove and you'll need to get off and do some hiking down the Fossil Forest
Top of loop involved a rough track and fording a burn. You can avoid this by turning right onto the forest track before the Estate house.

Round trip from Belfast to Bangor through the costal way. Started from river side close to Ormeau road, passing from Titanic. I suggest to not pass through Victoria park and go straight on the way that I used to come bac...
Mostly "road", although the surface was so flooded and covered in wheel-swallowing potholes that even on a gravel bike I had to take it slowly in places, with some deep flood crossings at regular intervals. Ellesmere on ...
An easy ride, ideal to do after rain as there are no muddy sections. The Tearoom has a good selection of food and a mug of tea is only £1.00!
Ongar to S Ipswich
Bridle paths, cycle tracks and back road route. Done on a rigid front and rear mountain bike 24 years old with semi slick tyres.
Trails from Moulton to Delamere virtually all off-road. Stop for a drink at the Delamere or Whitegate Way cafe. If you’re tired miss out the climb to Old Pale - although you have lovely views from the top.
A fantastic ride. The majority of the route up to Slaidewaith is off road. Some of which is more suited to mountain biking than gravel biking. Some of these sections I walked. Thereafter, there are some off-road sections...
Would have preferred to have stayed off some of the relatively busy main roads (which would have been easy enough to have done) however time was running short and priority was to get to Lymington and then get back to Bro...
Mixed terrain including rough stone, mud, road, cycle trail and finishing with a big on-road climb back up to Princetown Completed with my mother (late 60s) on her e-bike.
This was my successful attempt to link all my local trails with minimal back tracking so I could do a decent length gravel ride without getting to far from home during the Covid Lockdowns. I ride this on a Gravel bike (w...
Norwich to Wells-next-the-sea
Rented a Rondo Ruut Gravel bike from Ride It in Bude - much recommended. Follows the National Cycle Network route 3 and 304 - clearly signposted and so easy to navigate. Fantastic route, along quiet country lanes w...
