    今天到灣仔運動場取10公里比賽包,順便環繞香港島一周,先從天星碼頭到灣仔,再到筲箕灣上柴灣道,大潭道到赤柱,再到淺水灣,深水灣,香港仔,從石排灣道到數碼港,由沙宣道(好斜)上簿扶林道,落上環海味街,行經電車道到中環,金鐘,灣仔搭船返回尖沙嘴,再返美孚,今日大部份行馬路,但香港島南邊D路實在太窄,經常被大巴迫住,而且又多斜路,用BROMPTON上斜都幾辛苦,但最終完成環島了
