    Per acabar d'aprofitar el dia vàrem pujar fins la cota 720 dels 988 metres que fa aquest cim. La baixada per la pala est, va ser impressionant. molt bona neu.

    Fjallaskíðaferð. Gengið upp hina sígildu Sandfellsleið. Askjan þveruð yfir á Sveinstind. Þaðan skinnað og rennt yfir á Sveinsgnípu og svo niður þar að Kvískerjum.
