The trail is pretty good. Just a couple good hills to be careful on and watch the level of the river nearing Seal Cove. Oh and you will have to cross the highway 3 times, not to much to that though.

Lots of ground water, mud, steep terrain, flies like crazy in the meadow. Challenging sections, with plenty of mud, water and corduroy bridges.
