The trail is pretty good. Just a couple good hills to be careful on and watch the level of the river nearing Seal Cove. Oh and you will have to cross the highway 3 times, not to much to that though.
5.0Pumphouse on Ruby Line to Pettt Harbour and return. Some fun in the mud on the way. Mostly hard pack trails with some tricky rocks down in Petty Harbor,

Leaving Farrell Drive up through Kenmount Hill, across Kenmount Road, through Kenmount Terrace. Takes to most westerly tunnel by Outer Ring Road connecting Paradise Small bit of pavement in Kenmount Terrace.

Kemount Terrence to a burned down cabin spot and an tore down spot
Great run even made a rescue in the bog

good run, few minor rocks in one section to pick around nothing to bad
Quick run from the pump house in Mount Pearl, around Goulds, over to Cochrane Pond and back
Loop across Orr and down to Paradise.
