Itinerary description
Day three of the Kathmandu Valley Rim (KVR) trail takes you from the ridgeline above Godavari over the highest peak in the Valley, Pulchhowki, and down the backside towards Lele. After the initial climb and descent, the single track offers a beautiful winding run around Lele, ending down in a bit of a scramble down to the bridge to cross and start climbing up to Pharping. The GPX route ends at the Solid Rock Lodge, which is a great place to refuel or even spend the night before embarking on the final KVR segment
