Itinerary description
Wonderful trail along ragged coastal edges, with some very steep (unrunnable) sections. Also not for the faint hearted as very dry and a lot of rubble. More scrambling than running. Strongly recommend doing this in running trousers as you will get cut up by thorns and sharo shrubs. Not for the faint hearted!
