Itinerary description
14 k run along mainly dirt trail, boggy in after lots of rain, with great views. Weather can change fast, but it can be done in 2 hours. Early morning starts cold and often in low cloud. Some days blue skies. But do not rely on good weather. If you are relying on GPS, make sure batteries are well charged. Moderate category because mainly downhill. If you are not used to altitude (max 4000m) take it easy and allow more time.
