Itinerary description
Pointe-Cavagnal: A beautiful and calm SUP trip from Oka beach in the river of Two mountains lake.
We drove for about 10mins from the entrance of the Oka national parc, inside this vast splendid reserve, to get to the beach. An expansive pristine forest with lofty trees and wild animals.
The view from far, when on your paddle board, of the lofty trees stacked over the sandy beach was impressive.
The water though was so murky and turbid, which is normal knowing that we were in a running water of a river.
I will come back by bike to discover the unique historical heritages of this area, it has four oratories and three chapels. Also lots of trails that provides and exceptional view of the lake and the adirondacks.
