Itinerary description
This can be done as a loop from Las Terrenas. Very challenging climb section from Hoya de Cacao to Bella Vista. Fantastic downhill from the ridge between Los Puentes and Rancho Espanol down to Las Terrenas. The only inconvenience is opening and closing barbed wire gates. Please close again if you open, because these gates are used to stop animals moving into unwanted pastures.
