Itinerary description
The trail is circular, starts from the second entrance of the gorge (Entrance B), reaches at the beach and returns via a dirt road up on the hill, on the south of the gorge.
Easy to cross (you need less than one hour to cross it from the second entrance) with beautiful plantation along the way and interesting rocks, the trail is one of the most beautiful in Crete. The small village by the sea has many nice taverns next to the beach and provides an opportunity for relaxation before one takes the way back.
