Itinerary description
With Hardcore Extreme Adventures group
Today, we started properly ascending. Though not high, but it's continuous. Dragon-back, basically. Upon reaching Rajah Hill, we were told to not hike solo. Apparently, it's elephant's roaming area. They're not kidding. Here and there, you'll find massive footprints, not forgetting the amount of shit we came across. However though, those shit don't look fresh. When we asked the guide, he mentioned that it's probably not the season. Doesn't hurt to be safe, nonetheless.
*Only the first river crossing, right after leaving Melantai Campsite, you'll gonna get wet. Best take your shoes off first. After that, no wet crossings. And the last river before reaching Puteh Campsite, you can basically jump on stones.
*Campsite Note: No leeches here, except if you're stepping into the bushes, well, to do your 1s and 2s🤣. However, the place is pretty humid, up until 9pm. But, we're blessed, I guess. Coz it started raining, soon after. So that cools the place down.
Here's our Day 2 itineraries;
07:00 breakfast and packing
08:32 start hike
09:32 Terman Hill
10:08 Mengah Hill
11:58 Tengah Campsite(WP). Lunch
13:54 Malang Hill
14:15 Rajah Hill
15:43 Puteh Campsite. Set-up camp
17:00 dinner
