Itinerary description
Tibi circular pantanet, ancornia - 3600 cals
This is not a walk for beginners. The start is very steep up. To the highest point. The views are stunning. The path up is good to go but steep as said, once up we had to search the right track going around the peak, probably easier to climb over. Going down towards Montnegre is very nice and relatively easy. Crossing the dam is nice, done that many times. there is a bit of searching to get across a side arm of the lake. Once down at the Rio had to search to cross the reeds, found like a tunnel and best is to have a pair of cutters in your bag, as there are prickly bushes hanging down, or even better to stay on the left side of the river, just before the reeds start. The part after became a bit difficult as we were at one specific part too low from the better path. So if you get there using this track, go a bit up and it should be much easier. At the end we took the road to go back to the cars. A very nice walk very different tracks, beautiful views. Not for beginners.
